Redress - Premium Prestashop theme!

This document covers the installation and use of this theme and publish answers to common problems.

Getting started

First of all, This theme is updated, use to pratashop version 1.5.2.0
This theme has been developed using the default Prestashop 1.5.2.0 theme.
To install this theme you must have a working version of Prestashop already installed. For information in regard to installing the Prestashop platform, please see the Prestashop Wiki - http://doc.prestashop.com/display/PS15/Getting+Started

Installation

Automatically installation of the template

If you want to install this theme automatically, please use native “Import/export a theme” module. You have to do following steps:

First of all you should to extract downloaded archive
Download latest version of theme installator module from addons marketplace
Login to your back-office and go to Modules page
Click to "Add new module" button
Search "Import/export a theme" module through search bar.
Install module
Go to the configure of module "Import/export a theme"
Select archive from extracted folder "themes", and click “Next” button
On this step you will get information about installed theme. Click “Next” button
On this step you will get information about theme installation status. Please mark all items (modules) and click “Next” button
Next step will inform you about modules installation status, and images settings update. Click “Finish” button
Just Rewrite the “blockcart” Module to the “/modules” directory on your server.
If You Use to Check and Bank Wire Module, Rewrite the “bankwire” and “cheque” Module to the “/modules” directory on your server.

Congratulations! You have installed your new theme and to check it out, go to the front-end of your online shop and take a look at it!

Manually installation of the template

If you want to install this theme manually, you have to do following steps:

Download and extract it locally.
Upload the “themes” folder contents to the “/themes” directory on your server.
Login to your back-office and go to “Preferences” → “Themes”.
Now select "Redress" theme in the "Theme appearance" section below
Click to "Save" button
Upload the “/modules” folder contents to the “/modules” directory on your server.

Congratulations! You have installed your new theme and to check it out, go to the front-end of your online shop and take a look at it!

Configuring images

The dimensions of images are adapted to the design of this theme. We advice you to set the image dimensions according to the following screenshot:
To configure product image dimensions open PrestaShop admin panel, go to Preferences > Images. In some cases after image dimensions changes you need regenerate images.

Click To "Add New" to configure a new size.

Theme Customization

Could you change theme options like logo, social icon link, header text, products view style, unlimited color, background pattern and footer about information. The customization made by you in the back office will display for all visitors.

Install module than Click to "Configure" button.

Theme Options

Theme Options provide to change logo(.png, .jpg, .gif), Social icon url on front-end top of the page, header text on the home page.

Upload to front-end logo png, jpg or gif format.
Could you change social icon url in front-end top of the page.
Your can add Header text, button text, link
Use to Google Tracking Code.

Styling

Could you chose Unlimited color and background patterns in your front-end. The customization made by you in the back office will display for all visitors.

Could you chose background patterns to the front-end of your online shop
Could you add more background patterns, just upload your patterns "themes/redress/img/paterns" directory on your server.

Product View

Products default view style on products page and 2-3-4 products per row on grid system.

Footer

Could you change to About text, Address, copyright and credits text on the footer.

Could you change to About text with HTML markup.

Additional modules

Smart Content Slider

Smart Content Slider is a multiple Language Slider. You can use to multi language image, title and content. You can change your upload image position and Slider Enable or Disable Option. Also include Slider Setting option, could you like to change slider setting. Slider show on home page to front-end of your online shop.

Install module than Click "Configure" button.

Slider View Panel. If you want to add a new slider just click to "Add a new Slider" button or you want to Configure your slider just click to "Slider Configure" button

Add new Slider Option, enter to the below information than click to save button.

Slider Setting option, could you like to change slider setting.

Smart Mega Menu

Smart Mega Menu is a multiple Language and Drag and Drop Menu. You can use to multi language menu title. "Menu" show on top of the page to front-end of your online shop.

Install module than Click "Configure" button.

Add a new menu, menu configure and Dreg and Drop menu on this option.

Smart Special Offer

Smart Special Offer provide to show offer in home page to front-end of your online shop. Now available 8 different style to add a new offer.

Install module than Click "Configure" button.

Special Offer View Panel, "Add a new Offer" click to add a new special offer.

Enter the below information than click to save button.
